Need a key or fob key?

We will only arrange for keys and/or fobs if your name is on the relevant tenancy agreement (leaseholders need to provide the relevant lease agreement or mortgage statement).

To order a key and/or fob key, please call our Customer Contact Centre on 020 8489 5611. We charge £11 for a key or fob and an additional £3 if you want us to send this by recorded delivery.

When you call us please have your credit or debit card ready to make payment over the phone and we will then either arrange a time for you to pick the key or fob up from our offices at 108 Gloucester Road, Tottenham, N17 6GZ, or Wood Green Library & Customer Services, 187-197A High Road, Wood Green N22 6XD or you can pay for us to send it by recorded delivery.

When you pick up the key or fob, you will need to bring the following with you:

  • Two photo identity documents - such as your driving licence registered to the address the keys are for AND your passport or freedom pass;
  • Proof of address such as a utility bill, bank statement or landlines telephone bill issued within the last three months.
  • If you are a tenant renting from a leaseholder, you will also need to bring with you a letter of authorisation from the leaseholder.
