Leasehold Improvement Forum

Following feedback that we received from residents in the Have Your Say consultation in 2017, Homes for Haringey set up tenancy specific forums, including one for leaseholders.

The first Leasehold Improvement Forum met in September 2018 and meetings will be held quarterly on an ongoing basis. Details and dates for the next sessions can be found on the events pages of our website.

Invitations to the forums will also be sent to all leaseholders nearer to the time with full event details including the programme.

We report on the forum meetings in the leaseholder newsletter, which is sent out with Homes Zone three times per year.
