Doing Business with Homes for Haringey

As a provider of housing services, we procure a wide range of works, goods and services. Homes for Haringey is an Arms’ Length Management Organisation (ALMO) and our procurement activities are governed by a number of legislative and regulatory sources - mainly Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015. In addition, we abide by our internal Contracts Regulations. This impacts and governs our approach to strategic sourcing and contract management.

Homes for Haringey does not have approved or preferred supplier lists.

If your company provides construction works, services and supplies please consider registering on Constructionline. We advertise opportunities on Constructionline.

We use a range of Framework Agreements provided by Central Purchasing Bodies such as Procurement for Housing, Halton Housing, Cirrus Consortium, etc. Please consider bidding to secure a place in a framework agreement in order to be included in Homes for Haringey minicompetitions.

We advertise opportunities above the threshold defined by the PCR 2015 in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). Please consider joining alert service.
