Check our Housing Management staff list to find out who your local Tenancy Management Officer, Scheme Manager, Quality Assurance Officer, Income Collection Officer or Estate Services Manager is.
Our Customer Services team is also available on 020 8489 5611 (standard call rate) on Mondays to Fridays, between 8am to 6pm, and for emergency calls at any other time. Please note that we are very busy at lunchtimes and on Mondays.
There are many different ways of contacting us now - through our website where you can register for an online account or find out how to download the "My Haringey" app. Through these free digital services you can check recent payments or how much you owe, report repairs and request a range of services.
Broadwater Farm reception facility
Our reception facility at 108 Gloucester Road, Tottenham, N17 6GZ, is open for residents who:
- want to collect or hand in keys or fobs, or
- meet with a Homes for Haringey officer by prior arrangement only.
Opening hours are (excluding bank holidays):
Monday: 9am to 12pm
Tuesday: 2pm to 4.45pm
Thursday: 2pm to 4.45pm
Friday: 9am to 12pm

Key and fobs
If you need a new or replacement key or fob, please call Customer Services on 020 8489 5611 for payment and to arrange an appointment at Wood Green Library & Customer Services, 187-197A High Road, Wood Green N22 6XD to pick them up.
Keys can be picked up Monday - Friday between 9.30am-1pm and 2pm-4.30pm.

Paying your rent or service charge
To pay your rent over the phone, please ensure you have your account number and debit or credit card details ready:

Rent enquiries

Repairs
To report a repair, including a gas repair, call us on 020 8489 5611. You can report an emergency repair at any time.

To report a repair (council tenants only) or a communal repair online (council tenants and leaseholders), sign up for your free online Seemydata account.

Please note - both centres are busy on Mondays. Please try to visit between Tuesday and Friday if possible. If you do need to visit a Customer Service Centre, you should aim to arrive before 4pm. If they are very busy and you arrive after 4pm they cannot guarantee you will be seen.
