There are many different ways of contacting us - through our website where you can register for an online account or find out how to download the My Haringey Home app. Through these free digital services you can check recent payments or how much you owe, report repairs and request a range of services.

Our Customer Services team is also available on 020 8489 5611 (standard call rate) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (8am to 6pm) and Wednesdays (10am to 6pm), and for emergency calls at any other time. Please note that we are very busy at lunchtimes and on Mondays.

Leasehold queries

Leasehold Services team: 
Calculation and billing of services charges, carry out major works consultation, communal repairs reports and key leaseholder queries. Email: leaseholdservices@homesforharingey.org

Recovery of all service charges and setting up payment arrangements

Home Sales and Lease Enquiries team:
Dealing with resale enquiries, registration of sublet, processing applications relating to all types of alterations (does not deal with planning permission) and monitor lease compliance.

Parking

For queries about parking on your estate, including estate parking permits, please visit our parking page.

Please contact Haringey Council for appeals against parking fines and information about parking permits needed on roads in controlled parking zones (CPZs).

Paying your rent or service charge

Find out how to pay your rent online, by text or over the phone on our paying your rent page. 

Rent enquiries

Repairs

To report a repair (council tenants only) or a communal repair online (council tenants and leaseholders), sign up for your free online Housing Online account

Please note - both centres are busy on Mondays. Please try to visit between Tuesday and Friday if possible. If you do need to visit a Customer Service Centre, you should aim to arrive before 4pm. If they are very busy and you arrive after 4pm they cannot guarantee you will be seen.
