Meet Homes for Haringey's Executive Leadership Team

 

Managing Director
Sean McLaughlin 

Sean has most recently been corporate director, Housing and Adult Social Services at Islington Council where he set up the housing advice and homelessness services.  He represented the council in establishing and supporting the ALMO, Homes for Islington, and oversaw the successful completion of its decent homes programme.  He was policy lead for learning disabilities for the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services and chairs the London Transforming Care Steering Group, co-ordinating activity to move people with learning disabilities out of hospital and into the community.  His early career included roles with Camden and Haringey councils.

 

 David Lewis

Interim Director of Property
David Lewis 

David has 25 years’ experience in property services, asset management, regeneration and development. He has held senior roles in Southwark, Lewisham and Westminster councils and a number of housing associations, including Clarion Housing Group.

 David Sherrington

Director of Broadwater Farm
David Sherrington

David has worked for Homes for Haringey since 2006 and most recently led on Corporate Governance, Communications and Project 2020, the organisation’s youth outreach and employment initiative. Prior to living in London, David studied history at Leeds University and spent two years working for Leeds City Council, encouraging greater take up of welfare benefits.

 Denise Gandy

Denise Gandy

Denise joined Homes for Haringey following the unification with Community Housing Services in 2014. Denise has worked in housing for over 25 years in a range of frontline and management roles relating primarily to housing needs and homelessness. She has also delivered service improvement projects and worked in strategy development, producing Haringey’s first ever homelessness strategy.

Director of Housing Management
Tracey Downie

Tracey has worked in the social housing sector for over 25 years delivering  housing management, community and support services, primarily in London-based housing associations. Tracey began her career as a housing management trainee  in Birmingham, working in the most deprived areas in the city and resolving to support residents to secure good quality and well-managed social housing. Tracey has continued her commitment to social housing and, over the last 15 years, has held senior and non-executive roles focusing on community engagement, sheltered housing, service improvements, housing management and estate services. 

 Puneet Rajput

Director of Corporate Affairs
Puneet Rajput

Puneet is a multi disciplined director with experience of working across the public, private and not for profit sectors. He has over 16 years senior management experience as well as non executive experience of ALMO and housing association boards. Puneet is a governance professional skilled in strategic leadership, organisational development and leading the delivery of corporate support services.
