Wow! That's Homes for Haringey's service

Homes for Haringey’s Tenancy Management team has been selected as a finalist for The WOW! Awards, 2009. This prestigious award is the only national award for outstanding customer service based purely on customer nominations and is now the biggest award of its type.

Judges of The WOW! Awards were dazzled by customer stories for Homes for Haringey. One customer wrote: "I have found the officer always willing to listen to what one has to say. Very polite and helps as much as he is able. I think he definitely needs a WOW pat on the back as he does get things done."

The whole Tenancy Management team has been shortlisted for Best Team for 2009. Jackie Thomas, Executive Director of Housing Management, said:

"I am thrilled that so many members of my team have been singled out for their excellent customer service and high standards of consideration and care towards tenants and the general public.  Compliments are just as important as complaints in measuring services delivered by Homes for Haringey."

The winners will be announced at a gala awards ceremony on November 4th 2009 at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London.
