If you have a question about your home or tenancy, you should call us on 0800 195 3404 (freephone from landlines) or 020 8489 5611 (cheaper from a mobile). Or you can drop into your nearest Customer Services Centre where you should be able to get help with many issues straight away.
If they can't help they will advise you who to contact or put you in touch with your Tenancy Management Officer (TMO). Your TMO may then make an appointment to meet with you.
Appointments with your Tenancy Management Officer take place at local Customer Services Centres. This means that you can access all of our services and attend appointments in one place.
