Our Resident Involvement Agreement (sometimes called a Compact) sets out how residents can get involved in decisions about housing issues that affect them, including anti-social behaviour and the repairs service. It is the first three way agreement between Homes for Haringey, Haringey Council and council tenants and leaseholders.
The agreement sets out the standards you can expect from us. Check our recent quarterly monitoring results to see how we are performing against those standards:

In March 2009, we reviewed the agreement and made some changes to the way we monitor documents and added information about how you can get involved in business planning. Resident Involvement Agreement Launch
In 2007 we launched the new Resident Involvement Agreement in Wood Green. Residents, Board members, Councillors and staff were all there to help launch the agreement to the sound of a steel band.
Hundreds of residents picked up a summary of the agreement called 'Your Voice Counts' and many signed up to supporting its committments.
