Please note that if you report a non-emergency repair after 6pm or at weekends, we will take details of the repairs issue and one of our officers will get in touch with you the next working day.

You can report an emergency repair to our call centre at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all bank holidays, on our repairs numbers.

You can visit your local Customer Services Centre. If they cannot deal with your enquiry, they will ask one of our Tenancy Management Officers to help you. If you need to see your Tenancy Management Officer, they will make an appointment for you.

Hornsey residents can use the Wood Green Customer Service Centre.

North Tottenham residents can use the South Tottenham Customer Service Centre or make an appointment to see their Tenancy Management Officer, Housing Manager or Income Collection Officer

Broadwater Farm residents can use the neighbourhood office or one of the Customer Services Centres.
