You can report repairs to our Call Centre. We hope you’ll find an excellent service next time you call.

The call centre's opening times are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Call 0800 195 3404 (freephone from landlines) or 020 8489 5611 (cheaper if you are calling from a mobile)

We’ve introduced the landline number because we know that it’s not free to call the 0800 number from your mobile phone.

If your call is not about a repair and deals with a service provided by Haringey Council, then you will be put through to the Customer Services call centre who will be able to help you. They are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
