A brand new, quick and easy way to request repairs is on its way to all Homes for Haringey residents.

From August 2006, you will be able to use a Graphical Repairs Ordering (GRO) system on our website to tell us what is wrong.

The system is very easy to use. Once you are on the website, a diagram will appear, showing all the parts – both inside and outside – of a standard council home.

If you point the arrow on the computer screen at the right part of your home, for example a bathroom sink, a list of possible repairs will appear. Just select the one you need.

Not only is this quick and easy, but you will also have the benefit of being able to check the progress of repairs once they have been logged.

The GRO project is now being fine-tuned but we will let you know once it is up and running.
