About STAR
STAR is the Survey of Tenants and Residents, which we have sent out to 8,000 council tenants in Haringey in June 2011. It is the largest survey that we've done to date and really important to us. Here is why:
- It is the only survey that covers all our services.
- It's the only survey where we directly ask you how satisfied you are with Homes for Haringey, your home and your neighbourhood.
- The results of this survey will allow us to compare how we are doing compared with other landlords and to measure our progress since 2006, when Homes for Haringey was set up.
- The results will help us plan for the future and improve the services we provide.
Complete STAR and you could win a prize
If you have received a paper copy of the survey, please send your completed to us by Monday, 25 July, 2011 (revised deadline). We will then automatically enter you into a prize draw with the chance to win one of 10 prizes worth £100 in high street vouchers. If you didn't get a paper copy of the survey, you can complete it in one of the following ways:
- You can complete the survey online
