When you compliment one of our staff members for their service, we will log this as a WOW! Award nomination.

The WOW! Awards (link to external site) are the UK's only national awards for customer service based purely on customer nominations. This unique award programme helps organisations give better customer service by recognising when staff members go beyond their normal duties to help.

When you compliment one of our staff members, we will send you and the member of staff a ‘thank you’ letter. If the service they provided was exceptionally good, they may even receive a national award.

To pay a compliment:

• Submit our online feedback form.
• Complete and return our Compliments, Suggestions and Complaints feedback form
• Pick up our Compliments, Suggestions and Complaints leaflet from your local Customer Services Centre or your housing area office and complete the attached feedback form. You can fax this to us on 020 8489 1144 or send it to us at the address below.
