Feedback Officer (part-time)
- Grade: Scale 6 – SO1
- Salary: £23,970 - £28,032 per annum pro rata
- 18 to 20 hours per week

Are you customer focused? Are you self-motivated and a team player? If you answer yes to all the above then our award nominated Feedback Team is looking for a Feedback Officer with those skills. You will be administering our Customer and Stakeholder Feedback Scheme. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to evaluate issues quickly and prioritise work.
We are looking for someone with experience of investigating, resolving and responding to customer complaints, and with a good level of written and IT skills. If you have the energy and vision to help create something special, can successfully rise to any challenge and deliver beyond expectations, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Reporting to the Feedback Manager you will be:
- Dealing with complaints, compliments, member enquiries, and suggestion by telephone and in writing
- Working closely with the entire organisation to ensure timely and accurate responses to all feedback
- Involved in assisting the business to learn effectively from feedback to improve service delivery.

Housing Operations Administrative Officer

- Salary: 21,375 to 23,277 per annum pro rata
- 18 hours per week

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed individual to join our support team based at our Broadwater Farm offices. This role is responsible for serving our highly diverse communities and providing a wide range of high quality housing and other services to residents.
You will combine a high degree of customer service skills with the ability to provide support and administrative expertise to help keep our Housing Operations team on the move.
The successful applicant will have previous IT, administrative and direct customer service experience with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. They will also need to be enthusiastic, flexible and be a team player with a positive attitude.
