Homes for Haringey has been awarded the coveted Investors in People (IiP) Silver award. The organisation which manages council housing across the borough accepted the silver status award at a ceremony held in September.
With over 720 employers located over eight sites, the organisation was praised for its learning and development opportunities and assessed as investing effectively in the development of its staff. The assessor described the workforce as positive and optimistic, and also said he was impressed when talking with staff at how engaged they were in their work.
It now joins one of 24 London-based companies with Silver status accreditation along with 254 companies nationwide.
