New Chief Executive joins Homes for Haringey

The new Chief Executive for Homes for Haringey, Paul Bridge, will join the organisation on May 6.

Paul moves from the Hyde Group where he held the post of Director of Community Subsidiaries with responsibility for two housing associations and three operating divisions. He has worked in a number of senior roles and led on investment programmes across housing management, development and regeneration.

At Hyde he is credited with leading several new bids for business and contributing to the development of new and affordable housing. He also took responsibility for overseeing a major decent homes plus programme in Lambeth.

Paul said: "I’m looking forward to joining Homes for Haringey and working with the board, residents, staff and the Council to build on the achievements of the organisation.  This is a particularly exciting time to be joining the borough as it signals the start of its decent homes programme.”

Mike Jones, Chair of the Board, added:

“We are delighted Paul will be joining Homes for Haringey. His achievements and track record at Hyde are particularly strong and he is used to working with resident led Boards which are at the heart of all the services Homes for Haringey provides.”

It is responsible for:

  • Services to approx 21,000 council owned properties: 16,700 tenanted and 4,500 leasehold

  • Housing management of supported housing
  • Rent collection and arrears management
