Need to report a repair?

Our staff at the Repairs Control Centre are going to be on training over the next few weeks to further improve their customer care skills and repair diagnosis. This should mean an even better service next time you call.
Temporary staff will be brought in to help out. However calls may take slightly longer than usual to be answered.
We’re doing everything we can to avoid this happening and we hope you’ll bear with us while we work to improve our service to you.
If your repair is not an emergency, you might want to try one of the following:
- Report it online using our picture based GRO system. It’s easy to use, available 24 hours a day and you can even choose an available appointment time.
- Report repairs in person at your nearest Customer Services Centre, or by emailing repairs@homesforharingey.org.
- If you can, ring us when we are less busy – generally 4-8pm on weekdays and 8am-1pm on Saturdays.
