Homes for Haringey retains Britain's Top Employers award
Thursday 10 February 2011
Homes for Haringey has been officially named as one of Britain’s Top Employers 2011 for the second year running.
The Arms Length Management Organisation, which maintains over 21,000 tenanted and leasehold homes in Haringey, was already one of 55 leading organisations certified by the CRF Institute as Britain’s Top Employers in 2010.
As part of the assessment, the CRF Institute put the organisation’s staff benefits, working conditions, training, career development and company culture to the test. The award confirms Homes for Haringey as a forward thinking company that encourages a positive working culture and is prepared to bring the best out of its 700-strong staff base. The official awards ceremony takes place in March.
Chief Executive, Paul Bridge, who joined in 2008, said: “We want to be a company that gets things done and provides great services to residents. This independent recognition confirms that we are doing everything we can to support and develop staff right across the business in order to serve residents and their communities in the best way possible.”
Background information:
The Top Employers methodology has been developed by the CRF Institute and is based on HR policy based research, objectivity and an independent and selective assessment. Britain’s Top Employers has carried out international research into leading employers for over 18 years.
