Homes for Haringey publishes its Annual Report for Residents

Our latest Annual Report for Residents is now available.
The report covers the financial year 2010-11 and has been produced in consultation with and close involvement of residents.
The Annual Report sets out how we are meeting the standards for housing as set out by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), the independent regulator of all social housing in the UK. The standards cover:
- Resident involvement and empowerment
- Home
- Tenancy
- Neighbourhood and community
- Value for money
