graphical repairs ordering system
We are pleased to offer you a new way to report repairs needed to the inside or outside of your property.
The Graphical Repairs Ordering system is picture based, so you simply click on an image of the item that needs to be fixed. To make it even more convenient, you can choose an appointment time to suit you.
New - passported repairs
Homes for Haringey have become the first organisation in Britain to offer council tenants aged 60 or over or those with a disability an exclusive free online repairs service. Extra services and support are now available to eligible tenants using GRO. The system recognises eligible tenants automatically and 'passports' them for extra services. Find out more about passported repairs here.
Important information
A user guide for GRO is available on the first screen as well as a ‘Try it out’ feature which lets you play with the system and become familiar with it, before you finally report your repair. We strongly recommend you use this feature if you are new to the system.
If your repair is an emergency you should still report it on the usual phone numbers, which are now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency calls:0800 195 3404 (freephone) or 020 8489 5611 (cheaper from a mobile phone).
You will need your personal identification number (PIN) and password to access GRO. You should have received these in the post.
GRO is now available for leaseholders. All leaseholders should have received a PIN and password in the post.
If you have any questions about GRO, or need a new PIN or password please contact us:
