annual report to residents

To make sure you know how we're performing we've written an Annual Report for the financial year 2010/11. We consulted residents to find out what you thought should be included, how it should look, and how we should make it available.

About the Annual Report

Our Annual Report looks back at the last financial year 2010/11 – that’s April 2010 to March 2011. The report sets out how we are meeting the standards set out by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), the independent regulator of all social housing in the UK. The standards aim to make sure that tenants across the country receive excellent services.

The standards cover:

  • Resident involvement and empowerment
  • Home
  • Tenancy
  • Neighbourhood and community
  • Value for money

Getting involved

Many of you are already involved in our work through our resident groups and panels, events like our Open Day or simply by giving us your feedback.

We have recently set up a new Tenant Scrutiny Group, called the Scrutiny Panel. The Panel involves tenants and leaseholders from across the borough and aims to monitor our performance against the standards set out by the TSA.

We can then use this monitoring to make sure we’re on track and to produce future annual reports. For more details about the Scrutiny Panel, go to our Scrutiny Panel page.

To find out more about getting involved in any of work go to our Get Involved section.

You can find out more in our About Homes for Haringey section of the website about how we were set up, how we are managed, our Board and our performance.
