Job title: Deputy Director, Repairs Service
Salary: £71,876 p.a. inc. plus benefits

Homes for Haringey is a progressive and ambitious ALMO, managing over 21,000 properties for our residents. We are looking for a property maintenance professional to lead the direct labour team of over 200 staff and a £16m annual turnover. Our Repairs Service is entering an exciting new phase as it moves to an operating surplus and is looking to expand its client group.

You will take responsibility for our Repairs Service, ensuring it delivers customer focused, high quality, value for money services. Experience of successfully leading a front line maintenance service and a track record of commercial success is essential. Knowledge of social housing, financial acumen and team leadership qualities are other important attributes.
