your annual service charge

Under the terms of your lease you have to contribute to the cost of looking after your building and estate. Your lease says that you must pay service charges quarterly in advance, however we also offer other ways to pay:

Quarterly in advance

Quarters start on 25 March, 24 June, 29 September, 25 December. If you choose to pay in this way we will send you an invoice at the beginning of each quarter.

Payment in full

When you receive your annual estimate in March, if you can pay it in full by April 1st, you receive a discount of:

  • £15 if your estimate only consists of insurance, management fee, day to day repairs and ground rent.
  • £25 if your estimate consists of more items than those stated above (i.e. cleaning, concierge).

10 monthly instalments

When you receive your annual estimate in March, by agreement with us you can pay in 10 monthly instalments by direct debit. Most leaseholders choose to pay in this way as it helps them to spread the cost of their service charges. You will also receive a £10 discount for setting up a direct debit. Simply fill in a direct debit form Adobe PDF and return it to us by 1 April. The first payment will be deducted from your bank account on 1 May.
