We want to provide good quality services, but we know things can go wrong and there are always ways to improve. We need your feedback so that we can solve problems, learn from our mistakes and celebrate success.
Whether your feedback is good or bad, we'd like to know about it. We promise to take all your opinions on board. We promise to take all your opinions on board. If you want to give us feedback on a service we have provided, you can:
- Pay us a compliment (link to our Compliments page)
- Make a suggestion (link to our Suggestions page)
- Make a complaint (link to our Complaints page - this also tells you what type of complaints we cannot deal with)
Don't use our Feedback service for any of the following:
- To complain about another resident harassing you or causing a nuisance, contact your local area housing office or report it by calling us on freephone 0800 195 3404 or 020 8489 5611 (cheaper from a mobile).
- To complain about a Homes for Haringey Board member, contact our Governance team on 020 8489 1072 or email them at: governance.team@homesforharingey.org
- To complain about an eviction decision, you should get independent legal advice from your local Citizens Advice Bureau (in Haringey) or visit the Citizens Advice website.
- If you are complaining about a Haringey Council service we will pass this on to the relevant department or you can report your issues to the relevant Council department. The Haringey Council website has a list of services and who to contact.

- Pick up our Compliments, Suggstions and Complaints leaflet from your local Customer Services Centre or your housing area office and complete the feedback form attached to the leaflet. You can fax this to us on 020 8489 1144 or send it to us at the address below.
