If you have a question about your home or tenancy, you should call us on freephone 0800 195 3404 or 020 8489 5611 (cheaper if you are calling from a mobile), or visit your local Customer Services Centre. They can sort out many issues straightaway.

If the Customer Services Centre can’t help they will advise you who to contact or put you in touch with your Tenancy Management Officer (TMO). Your Tenancy Management Officer may then make an appointment to meet with you.

North Tottenham

The North Tottenham Customer Services Centre is now closed to the public.

Our North Tottenham Housing Area Office at 639 High Road, Tottenham, N17 8BD, is temporarily closed. To book an appointment to see your Tenancy Management Officer or Housing Manager please call our Tenancy Management North team directly on 020 8489 3491.

Hornsey

From 6 June 2011, the Hornsey Customer Services Centre is closed to the public for good.

Hornsey residents can make an appointment to see ytheirour Income Collection Officer at the Wood Green Customer Service Centre. Call your Income Collection Officer directly or call us on freephone 0800 195 3404 or 020 8489 5611 (if you’re calling from a mobile) to make an appointment. Hornsey residents can continue to drop in to see their Tenancy Management Officer or Housing Manager at the Wood Green Customer Service Centre.
