Emergency Repairs number change

From Wednesday April 1 2009, emergency repairs should no longer be reported to the number 020 8348 3148.

The two general repairs numbers are now open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you need to report an emergency repair, please call:

0800 195 3404 (freephone) or 020 8489 5611 (cheaper from a mobile)

Or if your repair is not an emergency, you can report it online using our easy, picture based system.

Please note: Freephone telephone numbers are free to call from a landline. Calls from mobile phones are charged at your provider’s usual rate.
