Your feedback about the repairs service
Once we have completed your repair we will send you a satisfaction card, please fill this in and return it to us as your feedback helps us to improve our service. Your name will then go into a draw and we give away a £100 prize every month.
We also use the concierge service in our tower blocks to phone tenants who have recently had a repair carried out to find out what the service was like.
You will find a list of the service standards that you can expect from our staff when they are carrying out repairs to your home above or in the repairs handbook.
