If you have a question about your home or tenancy, you should call us on 0800 195 3404 or drop into one of our Customer Services Centres around the borough. They can sort out many issues straightaway.

How can your local housing office help you?

If our Customer Services Centres can’t help they will advise you who to contact or put you in touch with your Tenancy Management Officer (TMO). Your TMO may then make an appointment to talk to you.

Appointments with your Tenancy Management Officer now take place at local Customer Services Centres. This means that you can access all of our services and attend appointments in one place.
