failure to pay

Your lease states that you have to pay service charges promptly on demand. It is important that you pay your service charges promptly. If you fail to do so and do not contact us, or if you fail to keep to an agreement, we may take legal action to recover the money you owe. If you fail to pay your service charges you have broken the conditions of your lease and you could lose your home.

Our booklet 'Recovering service charges through legal action' Adobe PDF explains what will happen if you fail to pay your service charges.

If you don’t pay, you may also be at risk of losing your home.
