the home ownership team
There are approximately 4630 leaseholders in Haringey and new applications by tenants wishing to purchase their property under the Right to Buy scheme are received every day. Haringey Council is landlord to the leaseholders and we, Homes for Haringey, manage the housing service. We are a non-profit arm’s-length management organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2006 and wholly owned by Haringey Council to manage its housing. Our mission is to work with residents to provide quality housing services and decent homes.
