ways to get involved
We want you to get involved in making decisions that affect the management of your homes and the services you receive from us.
You can choose how to get involved and when. We have opportunities to suit everyone, and can offer advice, practical support, training and help with the costs of getting involved.
Here are the main ways in which residents can get involved:
| Involvement type | Description |
|---|---|
| Residents' Consultative Forum (or RCF) | A great all round introduction to becoming involved. This resident run forum explores a wide range of issues about housing and the management of residents' homes. |
| Panels | We have seven different panels. These are good for residents who have an interest in specific issues. The panels cover repairs, resident involvement, tenancy and estate management, leasehold issues, supported housing, communications and finance. |
| Disabled People's group | This group has been set up so residents with an interest in disability can have their say on services. |
| Locally | Residents who wish to improve their local area can get involved in estate inspections, estate meetings, Residents' Associations, advocacy and consultation on estate works. |
| One off | Residents can get involved in a variety of one off events or activities such as surveys, the residents' conference or leasehold forum. |
| Complaints, compliments and suggestions | This is the easiest way for residents to get involved. Anyone wishing to make a complaint, compliment or suggestion can contact our Feedback team: Phone: 020 8489 4337, 4321 or 4646 |
