training and support

As part of our commitment to you, we can provide you with free training so that you can build on your existing skills and knowledge.

All the courses encourage you to join in and are enjoyable. They are also designed to give you the opportunity to share your experiences, so while you learn from others, they can also learn from you. If you successfully complete a course, we will award you a certificate of attendance.

Here is a list of some of the training courses available to you:

  • Assertiveness skills
  • Committee skills
  • Fundraising skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Public speaking
  • Promoting your group or Residents’ Association
  • Increasing membership of your group or Residents’ Association
  • Secretarial skills
  • Treasurer and finance skills
  • Estate advocate training.

To find out more about any of these courses, give us a call or send us an email.

We have produced a training brochure Adobe PDF outlining the training we are currently offering. If four or more people would be interested in any of the training in this brochure we can also offer to give the training locally to your group.
