We’re committed to providing excellent services to you with a smile.

The WOW! Awards scheme provides you with a new way of letting us know if we’re doing a great job.

If you've received an excellent service from a member of our staff then please nominate them for a WOW award.

We will write to acknowledge your nomination within 10 working days.

All staff members who are nominated for a WOW! Award will be sent a congratulatory letter by their Executive Director. An email will also be sent to their line manager with details of the nomination.

Exceptional nominations will also be referred to the national WOW! organisation, who make a WOW! award to those they approve.
