You can give feedback (comments, complaints and suggestions) on any of Homes for Haringey services using our online customer feedback form. Simply click on the service that you want to tell us about in the list below. If you cannot find the service choose “Other”.
There are different procedures if you want to complain about:
- a member of Homes for Haringey staff harassing you or causing a nuisance
- Homes for Haringey Board members
- an eviction decision.
To complain about a member of Homes for Haringey staff harassing you or causing a nuisance, contact the Anti-social Behaviour Team on 0845 671 1177.You can also contact your local area housing office.
To make a complaint about Homes for Haringey Board members, get in touch with the Governance team on 020 8489 1072 or email governance.team@homesforharingey.org.
To challenge an eviction decision you should get independent legal advice from a solicitor or the Citizens Advice Bureau www.adviceguide.co.uk. The number for Haringey citizen's advice bureaus is 0870 126 4030.
