If you have a good idea about how we could improve our services, don't keep it to yourself! Tell us about it and, if we can, we'll do it.

We've introduced a new system for recording suggestions from tenants, leaseholders and staff. It's called the Learning Log. Every suggestion we receive is recorded. If we believe it will benefit customers, and can be done with the money we have available, then we will do it.
