financial governance
Financial governance is the framework within which Homes for Haringey's staff work in order to achieve the objectives set by the Board, setting out the Board's policies and staff's responsibilities concerning the financial affairs of the Company.
This framework is in two parts - strategic, setting out the objectives and processes involved, and regulatory, setting out rules to be followed by managers and staff.
These arrangements are approved by the Board, or by the Finance & Audit Committee where within its terms of reference, and reviewed regularly.
Queries over interpretation, omissions, or suggestions for updates should be directed to the Homes for Haringey Finance team
