Homes for Haringey want to provide you with improved housing services. To make sure we are doing this we set ourselves demanding targets and monitor how we perform against them.

We are always working hard to improve performance. During Homes for Haringey’s first year many areas improved and most residents told us they were satisfied with the services we provided for them.

We worked with you to set a Residents' Top Ten - the ten areas of our performance that you feel are most important and that you want us to report on regularly.
